What is United Methodist Women?

Historically is the successor to "home and foreign mission societies". Is is still today a group of women organized for mission. Any woman who commits herself to a purpose and chooses to belong can be a member. Women participate in fellowship, study, service and giving.

At First United Methodist Church- Weatherford, we have four groups or circles.

Mary Sisserson Circle meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 2:00 P.M.
Nona Akard Circle meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 P.M.
Deborah Circle meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 6:30 P.M.
Lillie Payne Circle meets on the 4th Wednesday of each month at 10:00 A.M.
