Sunday Mornings: You guessed it, Sunday mornings! We start gathering around 9:45am in the RedHouse to chat, eat donuts, hear what’s going on, and learn something (hopefully) profound to grow our faith in Christ. After a common announcement time, we explore the main points of the lesson and then split the whole class into Jr. and Sr. High groups for activities and discussion…
Elevation: If an Elevation is on the calendar (most Sundays in the school year, unless there is a major holiday or other event that weekend), come up to the RedHouse on that Sunday from 5:30-7:30 pm. Food and friends is a given (so feel free to bring a few bucks every now-and-then to help out with the “food fund”), but we rock out for Jesus with ParadigmShift (more on them later), eat together, and you can plan on some fun, goofy games and activities (think “great photo ops”) and a short, not-too-deep (but hopefully relevant) devotional to help you focus before the school week starts. |
HangoutZone: Most Wednesdays of the school year, from 4:00-5:30 pm, we meet in the RedHouse to, um, hang out. No agendas. Just conversation, homework, naps, popcorn, whatever you need!
Growth Groups: Most Wednesday evenings (following the church-wide dinner) from 6:15-7:30 pm, we gather by gender and age to really dig deeper in our faith through straight up Bible study, faith/topic discussions, and things like that. Jr./Sr. High Girls, Jr. High Guys, and Sr. High Guys meet in the RedHouse.
MT25ers: This is one of the ways we proactively live out our faith, based on Jesus’ challenge to ALL believers found in Matthew 25 (go read it!). Sometimes we serve lunch to the homeless, or clean up a non-profit facility, or work at a food bank, or do yard work around the town… But regardless, it is all to simply bless those who need it most...no strings attached...
